How a request becomes capacity
Account, request, scoping call, written quote, agreement, onboarding.
- Create an account and tell us about your organisation.
- Raise a request: what you are training or serving, how many GPUs, for how long, and the data's classification.
- A person replies within two business days with questions or a written quote.
- Once the agreement is signed, the environment is provisioned and your team is onboarded.
Nothing is provisioned or charged on the strength of a form. The request is the start of a conversation.
