This website
ADC provides information about sovereign GPU compute hosted in Canberra, Australia, and an account through which organisations can request capacity, quotes, evaluations and briefings. Using the website or holding an account does not by itself provide compute, storage or any service level; those are agreed in a separate written agreement for each engagement.
Accounts
An account is for a person acting on behalf of an organisation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the accuracy of what you tell us about your organisation. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from your account page.
Requests
A request made through your account is an expression of interest, not an order. We may ask questions, decline, or propose something different. Nothing is provisioned, and nothing is charged, on the strength of a form.
Information you give us
What you write in a request or a support ticket is used to respond to it and to plan capacity. Do not put classified material, credentials or personal information about third parties into the forms; the request is the place to tell us a workload's classification, not to transmit the workload.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or an account to probe, scan or disrupt our systems, to misrepresent your organisation, or in breach of Australian law. We may suspend an account used that way.
No warranty for the website
The website is provided as-is. Statements about capacity, specifications and timelines are indicative and may change; the agreement for an engagement is what binds us. To the extent the law allows, our liability for the website and the account is limited to re-supplying the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
