Privacy Policy

Who we are
ADC is an Australian business operating from Canberra. This policy covers the website and your account, and is written to meet the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Your email address; the name, organisation, organisation type and phone number you choose to give us; the requests and support tickets you write; and standard server logs. Sign-in is handled by our identity provider, which holds your password or federated login; we never see it.
Where it is held
Account data for this website is stored in Amazon Web Services in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2), in Australia. Our identity provider and email delivery provider may process data outside Australia in order to sign you in and deliver mail; no request content is sent to them.
How we use it
To run the website and your account, to respond to your requests and tickets, and to plan capacity. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to operate the website: cloud hosting, identity and email delivery. We disclose personal information where Australian law requires it.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account yourself from your account page, which erases your profile and your requests. Support tickets are kept so we have a record of what we told you. A minimal audit record — dates, counts and fixed codes, never the content of what you wrote — is kept for the period Australian record-keeping law asks for.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising trackers.
Your rights
You may access or correct your personal information from your account page, or by contacting support@adcaustralia.com.au. If you believe we have mishandled your information you may complain to us first and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
