All customer data, metadata, backups and logs are stored and processed in Australia, in the data centre that hosts your capacity. Nothing is replicated offshore and nothing is administered from outside Australia. The specific facility is disclosed to you under agreement.
This website's own account data is held in Amazon Web Services' Sydney region. Our identity provider and email delivery provider may process sign-in and mail outside Australia; no request content is sent to them.
